Vibrating Feeders
Decription
Although a standard range of vibratory feeders is offered, Heerday specializes in the design and manufacture of feeders that meet the specific application requirements of the customer. Custom integrated chute work for bin discharge feeders is also a specialty of Heerday.
Vibratory Feeders can be used for dosing, batching, mixing and a variety of other applications. The Heerday electromechanical feeder and electromagnetic feeder are both ideal as a discharge feeder, or for conveying dry bulk material in the processing stage. Materials such as powder, plastic pellet, dry chemicals, glass cullet, coal, metals, ore, minerals, aluminum, mining and aggregates, grains, seeds, pharmaceutical products, dry detergents, ceramic, textiles, rubber, fibers, feed, wood chips, salt, sugar and much more can be conveyed by Heerday vibratory feeders. Any processing plant where dry bulk material is handled would benefit by learning more about Heerday vibratory feeders. Heerday makes equipment especially for use in applications in the following industries: Steel, Glass, Foundry, Concrete, Chemical, Recycling, Pharmaceutical, Medicines, Bakery, Railroad Unloading, Plastics, Mining Power, Food Processing, and moreā¦
Bin Vibrators
Decription
Bin vibrators impart vibration to hoppers, silos and tanks on which they are fitted, to ease the release of materials such as powders, granules and components from these vessels. In many of the vessels, materials get clogged/retained by arching (interlocking) and rat holing due to properties of the materials/geometry of the vessels. Imparting vibrations to such vessels will eliminate/reduce substantially problems associated with flows. This improves process conditions by increasing capacity, avoiding product degradation, reducing power requirements and avoiding incomplete/non uniform processing. The vibrator is available with or without voltage regulator to suit continuous or intermittent service respectively.
